Due to a strike, train availability will be limited from Sunday 8th of March from 10 PM, to Wednesday 11th of March. Based on the available staff, the NMBS/SNCB will organise an alternative train service. You can check the NMBS/SNCB journey planner at www.belgiantrain.be/en or via the NMBS/SNCB app from the day before your departure.
In addition, the joint trade union front is organising a national demonstration in Brussels on Thursday 12 March. The MIVB/STIB, De Lijn and LETEC have already announced on their websites that they expect significant disruptions to their networks on that day. We recommend checking the timetables the evening before.
We therefore ask applicants, guardians, support persons and/or lawyers who are invited for a personal interview on these days to make every effort to come to the CGRS.
If, on the day itself, it turns out that it is not possible to get to the CGRS, it is important to notify the absence by sending an email to cgra-cgvs.Dispatching@ibz.be, mentioning the name and file number. The CGRS will then send a new invitation as soon as possible.
