This morning we discovered that the outside of our reception building in the rue Ernest Blerot had been vandalised. Slogans supporting the Palestinian cause had been sprayed on the building. The entrance for applicants has therefore been temporarily moved until the damage is repaired. This entrance is a few metres away from the usual entrance. Individual interviews and appointments will not be cancelled.
The CGRA strongly condemns these acts. Vandalism can in no way be a means of expressing an opinion or conducting a debate. As an independent body, the CGRA processes all applications for international protection on an individual basis, in the light of objective information and in accordance with the legal framework. The CGRA has therefore lodged a complaint with the police.
