From Monday 4 August, the CGRS will be available by telephone on 02/205.51.11 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. and between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Please always ensure that you have your file number (or your file number at the Immigration Office) ready so that we can assist you as best as possible.
