Corruption

Le présent rapport fait le point sur l’état de la corruption en Guinée et donne un aperçu de la situation en matière de circulation de faux documents. Il met à jour le COI Focus du 25 septembre 2020 qui a pour titre Corruption et faux documents. Ce rapport a été réalisé avec l'aide du Fonds européen pour l'asile, la migration et l'intégration (FAMI).

La recherche pour cette mise à jour a été clôturée le 15 avril 2024.

This report updates a previous version published on 5 December 2018. It describes the security situation in the Gaza Strip, in particular during the 6 months from 1 December 2018 to 31 May 2019. It does not examine the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.

Cedoca has to process an overabundance of information on the humanitarian and security situation in the Palestinian Territories. This report offers a synthesis of the main events in order to give a clearer view of the conflict in the Gaza Strip and its latest developments.

Cisjordanie. Situation sécuritaire

Les violences issues des tensions survenues à Jérusalem en octobre 2015 se sont « notablement espacées » selon Le Monde, avant de se réactiver au mois de juillet 2017, lorsque les autorités israéliennes ont installé des portiques de sécurité filtrant l’accès à l’esplanade des Mosquées à Jérusalem, suite à l’assassinat de deux policiers druzes le 14 juillet dans la vieille ville. Après dix jours de crise, le Premier ministre israélien a décidé de retirer les détecteurs de métaux. Selon le Centre israélien Meir Amit, la situation s’est normalisée à la fin du mois de juillet 2017.

Behandeling van terugkeerders door de nationale autoriteiten
28 November 2023

Dit rapport behandelt de houding van de Congolese autoriteiten ten opzichte van hun terugkeerders die het land illegaal hebben verlaten en/of in België een verzoek om internationale bescherming (VIB) hebben ingediend en/of daar hebben verbleven. Het bestrijkt de laatste vijf jaar, oftewel de periode van 2018 tot oktober 2023. Cedoca sloot het onderzoek op 28 november 2023 af.

Terugkeer naar het land van herkomst wordt overwogen wanneer de vreemdeling niet langer voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor verblijf in België.

Veiligheidssituatie Tsjetsjenië, Dagestan en Ingoesjetië

Het doel van dit onderzoek is een stand van zaken op te maken over de veiligheidssituatie in drie deelrepublieken van de Russische Federatie, met name Tsjetsjenië, Dagestan en Ingoesjetië. Het onderzoek richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van januari 2022 tot januari 2024.

Dit document is een actualisering van drie COI Focussen: COI Focus Veiligheidssituatie in Tsjetsjenië van 31 mei 2022, COI Focus Veiligheidssituatie in Dagestan van 14 februari 2022 en de COI Focus Veiligheidssituatie in Ingoesjetië van 18 november 2021.
