Le présent rapport a été réalisé avec l'aide du Fonds européen pour l'asile, la migration et l'intégration (FAMI). Il s’intéresse à la situation ethnique en république de Guinée, mettant à jour le précédent COI Focus daté du 3 avril 2020.

La recherche pour cette mise à jour a été clôturée le 9 mars 2023.

Le 5 septembre 2021, un coup d’Etat militaire a eu lieu par le Comité national du rassemblement et du développement (CNRD), avec à sa tête le colonel Mamadi Doumbouya. Alpha Condé, le président déchu, effectuait alors un troisième mandat contesté par l’opposition. Après avoir dissout le gouvernement, l’Assemblée et la Constitution, la junte au pouvoir a annoncé une période de transition, toujours en cours au moment de la clôture de ce COI Focus.

Le présent rapport porte sur la pratique du mariage forcé au Maroc.

Un mariage forcé est un mariage contracté sans le libre consentement des deux époux ou lorsque le consentement d'au moins un des époux a été donné sous la contrainte physique et/ou morale (violence, menaces, chantage affectif, pressions psychologiques, etc.).

Cette recherche a été clôturée le 1er mars 2023.

The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in Pakistan. It is a partial update of the Country of Origin Information Report Pakistan: Security situation which was drafted by Cedoca and published on 27 October 2021 by the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA). This update is particularly focused on the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. Events that took place during the drafting of this report in January and February 2023 are also included.

Afghanistan

In this COI Focus, Cedoca describes the security situation in the city of Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar province in Eastern Afghanistan. This report covers the period between 1 February 2018 and 31 January 2019. The research was completed on 25 February 2019. This COI Focus is an update of the COI Focus Veiligheidssituatie in Jalalabad of 20 February 2018.

This COI Focus does not describe the present situation of the conflict in the whole of Afghanistan, nor the situation in Nangarhar province. Its central emphasis is on the analysis of the security situation in the city of Jalalabad. However, in some sections (for example regarding the typology of the violence), the situation in the district of Jalalabad and the surrounding districts of Behsud and Surkh-Rōd - north and west of the city of Jalalabad respectively – is also examined.

The report aims to provide an update on the security situation in Afghanistan, which is relevant for international protection status determination (refugee status and subsidiary protection).

This report is an update of the EASO COI report Afghanistan Security Situation first published in January 2015, and updated in January 2016, November 2016 and in December 2017.

This COI Focus aims to provide information on the security situation in Kabul city and is an update of both the COI Focus Afghanistan. This COI Focus describes the security situation in the city of Jalalabad, capital of the province of Nangarhar in eastern Afghanistan. The city of Jalalabad is the fourth largest city in Afghanistan. The city is an important commercial centre in eastern Afghanistan, situated at a strategic position on different trade routes.

The report describes various types of networks in Afghanistan and the significance of these networks for individuals and families be it during displacement, or for reintegration after return from abroad or after internal displacement within the country.
