Dit rapport beschrijft de houding van de Tunesische autoriteiten ten opzichte van hun onderdanen die naar hun land terugkeren nadat ze het land illegaal hebben verlaten en/of een verzoek om internationale bescherming in België hebben ingediend en/of er verbleven hebben. Er wordt niet nader ingegaan op de behandeling door de autoriteiten van terugkeerders met een politiek, etnisch, religieus of terroristisch profiel.
Dit rapport omvat de periode van januari 2019 tot begin februari 2021. Cedoca heeft het onderzoek afgesloten op 9 februari 2021.
Dit document is een actualisering van de COI Focus Dagestan, Veiligheidssituatie van 25 februari 2020. Voor het huidige document heeft Cedoca onderzoek verricht naar nieuwe evoluties in de periode februari 2020 – februari 2021.
Cedoca verrichtte het onderzoek voor dit rapport in februari 2021.
Cedoca belicht de algemene veiligheidssituatie in Dagestan, waarbij Cedoca vooral het gebruik van geweld door de overheid en door de gewapende groepen bekijkt. Mensenrechtenschendingen begaan buiten het kader van aanslagen door gewapende groepen en de reactie daarop door de overheid, worden slechts kort besproken. Het is echter niet steeds mogelijk om hierin een strikt onderscheid te maken.
Deze COI Focus beoogt een globaal beeld te geven van de veiligheidssituatie in Libanon. Het rapport bevat geen exhaustief overzicht van de veiligheidsincidenten die zich in Libanon hebben voorgedaan. De vermelde incidenten dienen voornamelijk om de algemene trend in Libanon of in een bepaalde Libanese regio te duiden.
Deze COI Focus is een update van de COI Focus Libanon - De veiligheidssituatie van 27 maart 2020. Het onderzoek heeft betrekking op de periode 1 april 2020 – eind december 2020.
This COI Focus describes the security situation in Tukey since 12 July 2015, when the cease-fire between the Turkish government and the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (Partiya Karkeren Kurdistan, PKK) came to an end, and more specifically the situation between 24 March 2017 (date of the previous update) and 14 September 2017.
This Country Focus report on Turkey was written at the request of both the European Parliament and the European Council for general background information and more detailed information relevant for international protection status determination and for the assessment of the applicability of the safe country of origin concept to Turkey.

Het onderzoek richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van 1 mei 2019 tot mei 2020. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 15 mei 2020.
This COI Focus is an addendum to the COI Focus Venezuela. Situation sécuritaire of 4 April 2019. It sheds light on recent developments in Venezuela, in particular the attempted coup on 30 April 2019 and its political consequences for the opposition movement of Juan Guaidó and for the regime of President Nicolás Maduro. This COI Focus also surveys recently published information on the targets of human rights violations in Venezuela.
The reporting period of this COI Focus ends on 4 June 2019.
Since 2014, there is a political and socio-economic crisis in Venezuela. The hyperinflation has a serious impact on the possibility to gain access to food, medicines and other basic resources. Venezuela remains one of the most violent countries in the world and is characterized by a massive exodus of its population. From now on, foreign sanctions are aimed at some seventy persons.
