The Council for Alien Law Litigation (CALL) handles appeals against decisions taken by the CGRS. Various appeal procedures are available, depending on the nature of the decision. The CALL pronounces rulings with an extensive justification. The applicant can be assisted by a lawyer.
If the applicant does not agree with the rejection decision by the CALL, he can (with his legal counsel) submit a cassation appeal to the Council of State (CoS). The CoS is not an asylum body but an administrative court of law.
