A person who flees his country due to a fear of persecution or a risk of serious harm, can obtain international protections within anoter country's borders. The person must ask for asylum in this other country.

Asylum application 'without purpose'
Decision by the CGRS when an application for international protections does not proceed judgement: if the applicant who has voluntarily waived his application for international protections, has returned to his country of origin, has been regularised or has died in the course of the asylum procedure.
Accompanied foreign minor
Is under 18 years old, resides with his parents or legal representative in Belgium and his parents (or he himself) have applied for international protection.
