Les crimes « d’honneur » et les féminicides ne sont pas abordés dans cette recherche.

Moldova: Algemene situatie

General situation

Deze COI Focus geeft zicht op de actuele situatie in Moldavië. Deze COI Focus is een update van de COI Focus Moldavië. Algemene Situatie van 6 januari 2025. De informatie in deze COI Focus loopt tot en met 28 mei 2026.

De aandacht gaat hierbij specifiek uit naar de rechtstoestand, de toepassing van de rechtsvoorschriften in het democratische stelsel, de politieke omstandigheden, de mate waarin vervolging of mishandeling voorkomen en er tegen eventuele vervolging of mishandeling bescherming geboden wordt.

Legerdienst mobilisatie en contractsoldaten

In deze COI Focus belicht Cedoca de militaire dienstplicht in de Russische Federatie met uitzondering van de deelrepubliek Tsjetsjenië. Het geeft eveneens duiding bij de regelgeving voor contractsoldaten, de zogenaamde kontraktniki, en reservisten. Deze COI Focus is een update van de versie van 24 oktober 2023.

Cedoca sloot het onderzoek voor deze COI Focus af op 26 november 2025.

EUAA COI Report. Country Focus

The purpose of this report is to provide relevant information for the assessment of applications for international protection, including refugee status and subsidiary protection.

The report is to be partly read as an update to the previous EUAA COI reports: Russian Federation: Political Dissent and Opposition and Russian Federation: Military Service, both published in December 2022 and several EUAA COI queries published since then.

The report covers the period between 1 November 2024 to 1 November 2025.

Veiligheidssituatie Tsjetsjenië, Dagestan en Ingoesjetië

Het doel van dit onderzoek is een stand van zaken op te maken over de veiligheidssituatie in drie deelrepublieken van de Russische Federatie, met name Tsjetsjenië, Dagestan en Ingoesjetië. Het onderzoek richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van januari 2022 tot januari 2024.

Dit document is een actualisering van drie COI Focussen: COI Focus Veiligheidssituatie in Tsjetsjenië van 31 mei 2022, COI Focus Veiligheidssituatie in Dagestan van 14 februari 2022 en de COI Focus Veiligheidssituatie in Ingoesjetië van 18 november 2021.
