In deze COI Focus beschrijft Cedoca de prevalentie van corruptie en documentenfraude in Pakistan. Dit document is een actualisering van de COI Focus Pakistan. Corruptie en documentenfraude van 29 september 2022. Dit document bevat de nieuwe ontwikkelingen sinds oktober 2022 tot en met 29 oktober 2025. Cedoca heeft het onderzoek afgesloten op 29 oktober 2025.

Dit onderzoek verzamelt informatie over de situatie van seksuele en genderminderheden in Venezuela. Dit document is een update van de gelijknamige COI Focus van 12 januari 2024 en bevat informatie over een verslagperiode van vijf jaar. Cedoca heeft het onderzoek afgesloten op 15 oktober 2025.

Deze COI Focus beschrijft de situatie van Tigrayanen in de Ethiopische hoofdstad Addis Abeba. Dit rapport is een update van de gelijknamige COI Focus van 5 september 2024. Het behandelt de periode van juni 2024 tot september 2025.
Het onderzoek werd aanvankelijk afgerond op 30 september 2025, waarna Cedoca de COI Focus Ethiopië. De Situatie van Tigrayanen in Addis Abeba op 17 oktober 2025 publiceerde, een update van de gelijknamige COI Focus van 5 september 2024. Aan de huidige versie is informatie toegevoegd over arrestaties die plaatsvonden in februari en april 2025. Het onderzoek voor deze versie werd afgerond op 20 november 2025.
Cedoca voerde een onderzoeksmissie (fact-finding mission, FFM) uit naar Ethiopië van 14 tot 24 november 2023 om onder meer rond dit thema informatie in te winnen. Deze missie is ondernomen met de financiële steun van het Europese Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). De informatie over de situatie van Tigrayanen in de hoofdstad verzameld tijdens de gesprekken met contacten voegde Cedoca toe aan deze COI Focus.

Le présent COI Focus décrit la situation des militants du Rwanda National Congress (RNC) (en français : Congrès national rwandais, CNR / en kinyarwanda : Ihuriro Nyarwanda), un mouvement d’opposition rwandais opérant essentiellement au sein de la diaspora rwandaise.
Ce rapport se concentre sur la période allant de début 2017 jusque début décembre 2023. Toutefois, pour certains événements et incidents particulièrement retentissants, le Cedoca est remonté plus loin dans le temps.

Le présent rapport s’intéresse à l’attitude des autorités rwandaises vis-à-vis de leurs ressortissants de retour après avoir quitté illégalement le pays et/ou avoir introduit une demande de protection internationale (DPI) en Belgique et/ou y avoir séjourné.
Ce rapport couvre la période allant du 1er janvier 2018 à février 2021.
Le Cedoca a clôturé la recherche le 3 mars 2021.
Le retour dans le pays d’origine doit être envisagé lorsque l’étranger ne réunit plus les conditions requises pour son séjour en Belgique. Ce retour peut être volontaire ou forcé.

This research focuses mainly on the specific situation of homosexuals in Rwanda. However, Cedoca refers a number of times to the acronym LGBT which encompasses other realities but which is used by a significant number of the consulted sources. Similarly, the term “men who have sex with men” (MSM), often used in an academic or epidemiological context and which focuses on sexual practice rather than sexual orientation, also appears in this COI Focus whenever it is used by a source. The term "homosexual" designates both men and women, but Cedoca uses the terms "gay" and "lesbian” when the focus is on the specific experience of one or the other.
Cedoca has also included in this COI Focus information about gender identity in Rwanda, especially when this appears in the broader context of LGBT rights.
