Cette recherche porte sur la situation des femmes et des filles marocaines victimes de violences, dans un contexte marqué par des références sociales, culturelles, religieuses et juridiques susceptibles de contribuer aux inégalités de genre. Une attention particulière est accordée aux violences conjugales qui occupent une place importante dans les sources disponibles.

Les crimes « d’honneur » et les féminicides ne sont pas abordés dans cette recherche.

Le Cedoca a clôturé la recherche documentaire le 4 août 2026.

Deze COI Focus geeft zicht op de actuele situatie in Moldavië. Deze COI Focus is een update van de COI Focus Moldavië. Algemene Situatie van 6 januari 2025. De informatie in deze COI Focus loopt tot en met 28 mei 2026.

De aandacht gaat hierbij specifiek uit naar de rechtstoestand, de toepassing van de rechtsvoorschriften in het democratische stelsel, de politieke omstandigheden, de mate waarin vervolging of mishandeling voorkomen en er tegen eventuele vervolging of mishandeling bescherming geboden wordt.

Nigeria

EUAA COI Report. Security Situation

The purpose of this report is to provide relevant information for the assessment of applications for international protection, including refugee status and subsidiary protection. This report is to be read in conjunction with the EUAA COI Report – Nigeria Country Focus, November 2025.

Both COI reports are for use in updating of EUAA’s Country Guidance on Nigeria (2026).

The report provides an update on and mapping of the security situation at both country and state level, namely for the 36 states plus for Abuja Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The report builds upon preceding EUAA COI reports, notably Nigeria - Country Focus July 2024, and Nigeria - Security Situation June 2021.

The drafting of this report was finalised on 5 September 2025. Any event taking place after this date is not included in this report.

Situation sécuritaire dans le Sud-Est

La présente recherche dresse un état des lieux de la situation sécuritaire dans le sud-est du Nigeria, le Biafra. Elle porte en particulier sur la période allant du 1^er janvier 2023 au 1^er septembre 2025.

La recherche s’est clôturée le 10 septembre 2025.

Deze COI Focus onderzoekt de waarde van officiële documenten uit Nigeria tegen de achtergrond van berichten over de wijdverspreide corruptie, omkopingspraktijken en cliëntelisme in het grootste land van West-Afrika.

Het onderzoek werd gevoerd van begin april tot midden juni 2025.

The purpose of this report on Nigeria is to provide relevant contextual information in view of the assessment of applications for international protection, including refugee status and subsidiary protection. The report provides an overview of the situation in Nigeria in the period 1 January 2023 – 31 March 2024, focusing on security issues and selected profiles relevant for international protection. The report builds upon the preceding EASO COI report Nigeria Security Situation – June 2021.

The drafting of this report was finalised on 3 May 2024. Events taking place after the end of the reference period have not been included.

EASO COI Report. Trafficking in human beings

This report is part of a series of two COI reports on Nigeria produced in 2021. The reports provide information relevant for international protection status determination for Nigerian applicants, and in particular for use in updating EASO's country guidance development on Nigeria.

This report is an update and expansion of the 2015 EASO COI report Nigeria, Sex Trafficking of women.

The first draft of this report was finalised on 1 March 2021. Any event taking place after this date is not included in this report.

Situation sécuritaire au nord-est

L’objectif de ce COI Focus consiste à dresser un état des lieux de la situation sécuritaire dans le nord-est du Nigeria, en particulier sur la période allant du 28 mars 2018 au 28 octobre 2020, date à laquelle les recherches ont été clôturées. Les Etats principalement concernés sont ceux d’Adamawa, de Borno et de Yobe. Ce COI Focus est une mise à jour du COI Focus du 28 mars 2018 sur la situation sécuritaire liée à Boko Haram.
