Deze COI Focus geeft zicht op de actuele situatie in Moldavië. Deze COI Focus is een update van de COI Focus Moldavië. Algemene Situatie van 6 januari 2025. De informatie in deze COI Focus loopt tot en met 28 mei 2026.

De aandacht gaat hierbij specifiek uit naar de rechtstoestand, de toepassing van de rechtsvoorschriften in het democratische stelsel, de politieke omstandigheden, de mate waarin vervolging of mishandeling voorkomen en er tegen eventuele vervolging of mishandeling bescherming geboden wordt.

Het onderzoek richt zich op de periode van januari 2025 tot mei 2026, met bijzondere aandacht voor de ontwikkelingen na 7 oktober 2023. Het gaat om een update van de COI Focus Palestijns Gebied – Westelijke Jordaanoever. Veiligheidssituatie, gepubliceerd op 13 maart 2024.
