Guinee: La situation ethnique

Ethnic origin

Le présent rapport a été réalisé avec l'aide du Fonds européen pour l'asile, la migration et l'intégration (FAMI). Il s’intéresse à la situation ethnique en république de Guinée, mettant à jour le précédent COI Focus daté du 3 avril 2020.

La recherche pour cette mise à jour a été clôturée le 9 mars 2023.

Le 5 septembre 2021, un coup d’Etat militaire a eu lieu par le Comité national du rassemblement et du développement (CNRD), avec à sa tête le colonel Mamadi Doumbouya. Alpha Condé, le président déchu, effectuait alors un troisième mandat contesté par l’opposition. Après avoir dissout le gouvernement, l’Assemblée et la Constitution, la junte au pouvoir a annoncé une période de transition, toujours en cours au moment de la clôture de ce COI Focus.

Morocco: Le mariage forcé

Gender

Le présent rapport porte sur la pratique du mariage forcé au Maroc.

Un mariage forcé est un mariage contracté sans le libre consentement des deux époux ou lorsque le consentement d'au moins un des époux a été donné sous la contrainte physique et/ou morale (violence, menaces, chantage affectif, pressions psychologiques, etc.).

Cette recherche a été clôturée le 1^er mars 2023.

Pakistan: Security situation

Security situation

The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in Pakistan. It is a partial update of the Country of Origin Information Report Pakistan: Security situation which was drafted by Cedoca and published on 27 October 2021 by the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA). This update is particularly focused on the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. Events that took place during the drafting of this report in January and February 2023 are also included.

Venezuela

Seksuele minderheden en transgenders

Dit onderzoek buigt zich over de specifieke situatie van seksuele minderheden en transgenders in Venezuela. Cedoca gebruikt in deze COI Focus de term seksuele minderheden en transgenders steeds in zijn geheel om de situatie voor deze groep personen te beschrijven. Indien er verschillende situaties worden vastgesteld voor enerzijds seksuele minderheden of anderzijds transgenders geeft Cedoca dit steeds duidelijk aan. Daar waar de bron zelf de term LGBT gebruikt, neemt Cedoca de terminologie van de bron over. Deze COI Focus is een update van de COI Focus van 25 november 2020 en behandelt hoofdzakelijk de periode tussen januari 2019 en maart 2022. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 25 maart 2022.

Houding van de autoriteiten ten aanzien van migratie

Dit rapport beschrijft de houding van de Venezolaanse autoriteiten ten opzichte van migratie. De informatie geeft weer hoe de autoriteiten kijken naar de vele vluchtelingen en migranten die Venezuela verlaten hebben en hoe ze reageren op de terugkeer van hun onderdanen na een verblijf in het buitenland.

Dit onderzoek bestaat uit vier hoofdstukken en omvat de periode van begin 2020 tot oktober 2021. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 20 oktober 2021.

Situatieschets

Het doel van dit onderzoek is een stand van zaken op te maken over de algemene situatie in Venezuela. Het onderzoek richt zich hierbij op de politieke situatie, de veiligheidssituatie en de socio-economische situatie van het land om een zo breed mogelijke analyse te maken van de huidige stand van zaken. De situatie van specifieke profielen, zoals bijvoorbeeld journalisten of politieke activisten, vormen geen voorwerp van deze analyse. Het onderzoek richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van 1 juni 2020 tot april 2021. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 28 april 2021.

EASO COI Report. Country Focus

The purpose of this report is to provide relevant information for the assessment of international protection status, including the determination of refugee status and subsidiary protection.

This COI report is a joint initiative of the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) and the Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Consultations on Migration, Asylum and Refugees (IGC). It builds on the first joint COI workshop between EASO and IGC, which covered Colombia and Venezuela and was held in Geneva in September 2019.

The drafting of this report was finalised on 20 July 2020. Any event taking place after this date is not included in this report.

Het doel van dit onderzoek is een stand van zaken op te maken over de algemene situatie in Venezuela. Het onderzoek richt zich hierbij op de politieke situatie, de veiligheidssituatie en de socio-economische situatie van het land om een zo breed mogelijke analyse te maken van de huidige stand van zaken. De situatie van specifieke profielen, zoals bijvoorbeeld politieke activisten, vormen geen voorwerp van deze analyse. Het onderzoek richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van 1 mei 2019 tot mei 2020. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 15 mei 2020.

Veiligheidssituatie (addendum)

This COI Focus is an addendum to the COI Focus Venezuela. Situation sécuritaire of 4 April 2019. It sheds light on recent developments in Venezuela, in particular the attempted coup on 30 April 2019 and its political consequences for the opposition movement of Juan Guaidó and for the regime of President Nicolás Maduro. This COI Focus also surveys recently published information on the targets of human rights violations in Venezuela.

The reporting period of this COI Focus ends on 4 June 2019.
